Net Integrator Patch for Windows XP Registry.  In order for the Net Integrator, acting as a primary domain controller, to properly recognize Windows XP logins, you must install this patch.  From the XP machine, simply click on the link above and when prompted, choose "open". The select "yes" when prompted if you want to install this registry patch.
