In order to reduce our costs, and time spent on the telephone with customers while handling billing issues instead of technical support issues, we have enacted the following pre-payment procedure.

Our support rate is $140 per hour, billable in 15 minute increments with a minimum of 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, we can not offer free technical support -- even for "quick" questions.

Before you call, please prepay for your initial 30 minutes technical support, online at

  2. Both you and we will receive a confirmation that payment has been made.
  3. You may then call us and immediately speak with a technician to help you with your problem.

If you wish to email us your problem, we will reply ASAP (usually within 1 hour) with our reply.

Remember that our business hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific Time.  We also reply to emails after hours and on weekends as time permits.

We understand that not everyone can pay via PayPal, or cannot go on line when their Interjet is not functioning.  In these cases, please be prepared to call with your credit card information ready, to speed up the process of speaking to a technical expert.
